Guillaume d'Eyssautier : CEO & President.
Guillaume d’Eyssautier career has spanned over the past 30 years in the semiconductor industry, including management positions in both Europe and the USA. Most recently he was CEO of ADD semiconductor which he sold to Atmel in October 2011. Prior to ADD he was CEO of picoChip , sold to Mindspeed. Prior to that, he served as Senior VP-GM at Cadence Design Systems, VP-GM EMEA for IBM Technology and hold executive and management positions at Rockwell Semiconductor, GEC-Plessey Semiconductor, Matra Harris Semiconductors and Philips Semiconductors. d’Eyssautier holds a MSc in Material Science and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Cybèle ROLLAND : CFO.
Cybele graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris in 1995 and holds an executive MBA. She has over 13 years of experience in food business companies, and her last position was CFO for Benedicta, a midcap owned by private equity funds. She has successfully managed two LBOs and the final sale of the company to HJ Heinz group. She joined DelfMEMS in january 2009 to help the team raise capital funds and structure the company. |

Karim SEGUENI, PhD. : CTO.
Karim Segueni manages the technical operations of R&D and transfer to production. Engineer from ENSPG1, he is post graduated in material sciences from the university Joseph Fourier in
Grenoble (France). His topic during Ph.D concerned front-end and above-IC micro-electro-mechanical resonator for electrical filters. He was STM2 engineer. He has 2 pending and 2 accepted
patents concerning RF-MEMS devices. He joined DelfMems in February 2006 and manages process fabrication and devices development with a 8 engineers team.

Philip CACHARELIS : Director of Foundry Technology
Philip has over 30 years experience in process technology and device development in CMOS, BiCMOS, embedded non-volatile memory, Smart Power and LCOS microdisplay technologies. He also has a background in foundry engineering and volume production as well as process transfer. Prior to joining DelfMEMS, he served as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at SiPCUBE SAS, a start-up company engaged in the design of 3D, system-in-package products. At Austriamicrosystems, he served as the Director of Engineering for the Full Service Foundry Business Unit. Earlier in his career, he held various management positions at AMIS, Digital Reflection and National Semiconductor. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, has published 17 technical articles and holds 10 patents.

Olivier MILLET, PhD. : Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer. Board Member. Founder.
Engineer from ISEN, he is post graduated in electrical engineering and computer science from USTL University. He received a Ph.D in electrical engineering at USTL in 2003. Olivier Millet is the inventor of DelfMEMS RF-MEMS switch structure patent and founds DelfMEMS in 2005. Olivier was former President & CEO of DelfMEMS until 2012. Olivier defines the Strategy of DelfMEMS, actual, medium term and long term and is responsible to implement it through a proper Marketing strategy. |

Ariel CAO : Director Business Development - US Operations.
Ariel has more than 20 years of marketing and management experience in the MEMS and semiconductor industries. He served as general manager of the U.S. entities of PHS MEMS, MEMSCAP and Tronics. Earlier in his career, Ariel worked as an IC designer and manager with several IC design groups at EXAR, Silicon Compilers, Sun Microsystems and Mentor Graphics. |
